Suitable for
1 , Suitable for three kinds of bottle shape (round, square, flat etc.), makes two labels and orientation labeling requirement possible. Speed up to 60 bottles per minute for orientation labeling; two labels and common flat / square bottle labeling speed up to 200 bottles per minute. (up to bottle size and label size)
2 , Installed round bottle labeling device ,adhesiving labeling for round bottles , plus one sensor ,can realize orientation labeling of the round bottles.The speed is around 2500B/H,max label high 168mm (accept custom)
3 , Using 82.6 mm chain board width ,applications to bottle diameter / width 30-110mm for flat bottle,round bottle,square bottle and some irregular bottles
4 , Labeling head: Width 200mm,suit max label high 190mm,eight orienation adjustment
5 , Ribbon date printer and injek printer for options
6 , Labeling all kinds of bottles ,only need to adjust machine
